How AI Calling Pricing Works
AI calling pricing at Troika Tech has three parts: calling credits, per-second billing and volume-based rates. You buy credits as a prepaid recharge and use them across every campaign, outbound or incoming.
Calling credits
One credit is one second of call time. Credits are shared across all your campaigns and numbers.
Per-second billing
Each call uses exactly as many credits as it lasts. A 40-second call uses 40 credits, never 60.
Volume-based rates
The more credits you recharge, the lower your per-second rate. Very large volumes are quoted individually.
Per-Second vs Per-Minute Billing
Many calling services round every call up to the next full minute. On short calls, that rounding can more than double what you pay for. Here is the same call measured both ways:
